Our question of the month is:

What is your favorite Thanksgiving (or other holiday) dessert?  Apple pie?  Pumpkin pie?  Something else?  I'm the dessert maker in the family and the top two requests for Thanksgiving are Apple Crisp and Cheesecake.  Yummo!!  How about you?

  3. Oh, what yummy ribbons--they remind me of cinnamon & spice! My family's favorite dessert is pumpkin pie....but MY favorite is Fall Fruit Crumble....sort of an apple crisp with pears, orange and cranberries thrown in. DELISH! THanks for the chance to win!   7. Lots of inspiration on this blog hop. Very talented people! I have always loved Apple Pie and always will love Apple Pie. The smell of the cinnamon and sugars baking in the oven with the apple essence wafting through the house. Can you smell it? Mmmm

  21. It's just not Thanksgiving without pumpkin pie. And pumpkin pie might be the only pie for which the phrase "as easy as pie" is actually accurate, it's a cinch to make and comes out perfect every time.

  24. I love pumpkin but my hubby and daughter don't they love apple pie. Soooo I make them an apple pie and then I go to a local pie shop and get myself one piece of pumpkin or I would probably eat all of it myself! Works like a charm cause everyone gets what they love lol. Hope you all have a blessed Thanksgiving.

  25. I make a German Chocolate pie every year...it is so yummy...it has coconut, pecans, butter and brown sugar in the bottom...it uses a creamy cooked pudding and Bakers German Chocolate, and takes a bit of time to make...but ohhhhhhhhhhh so worth it!!
